This project brought the aesthetics, security and comfort of this home in Waterford right up to date.
Starting with a stunning rear extension, we opened out the compact living space into a gorgeous open-plan kitchen/diner. We then laid warm sandstone in the garden before installing brand new fencing to create a luxurious outdoor living space with no mess to walk into the new extension and no grass to mow. Ideal for busy lifestyle and the Irish weather!
Front Porch Renovation
The tired, existing porch soffit was replaced with super-durable UPVC, complimented with brand new energy efficient lighting. The door and small window were upgraded with stylish contemporary UPVC and triple glazing allowing in more light while keeping in more heat. Of course, the job was completed to the very highest standards by our expert plasterers and decorators, leaving the owners nothing to do but enjoy.
